Skagit Valley Glory
I went up to Skagit Valley this past Sunday...the annual Tulip Festival is there every April...and it was gorgeous!
It really is such a lovely area...the buildings, the landscapes...the fields of COLOR...the light glinting off the raindrops that befell the petals, simply beautiful!
Of course...though, there is always, ALWAYS humor to be found:)
LOL...
But alas, to the beauty...the Glistening...tulips...
Seas of Red...
Orange orange orange...
Pretty in Purple...
Reflections of...
Dandy Daffodils...
Fields of Dreams...
Lovely Landscapes...
And well it was Sunday...and there was church...
But...I heard the Truth...is up in the *Trees* ;)
But the truth is...there were rules...
Happy Spring!

Wow that's alot of tulips. I've never seen so many.
You captured some amazing shots...well done!
Gorgeous stuff...I'm particularly fond of the rusted out van. I don't know why...but I love that one.
And the new look is good on you!
The rusted van/bus or whatever is one of my favorites....I love the bits of color on it...and it's just such an odd thing there in the middle of the field...it was in a lot adjacent to on of the official show gardens(Fuji's Tulip Town)...
